Terms & Conditions VALOLA Boutique Rooms Valencia 

VALOLA is part of Valencia Lounge Hostel S.L.

The user is solely responsible for the use of the services, links and hypertext included on this website. VALOLA Boutique Rooms is not responsible for the illegitimate use that third parties may make of said material.  

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Valola Boutique Rooms ("Hotel," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity ("Guest," "you," or "your") who books and/or stays  at VALOLA Boutique Rooms in Valencia (Spain). By making a reservation or staying at Valola Boutique Rooms, you acknowledge and automatically agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 

1. Reservation and Check-in 
1.1. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.

1.2. Guests under the age of 18 must be accommodated by an adult or there must be parental permission for the stay to take place. 
1.3. Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification. 

1.4 Upon check-in the full amount of the reservation must be paid.  

 

2. Room Rates and Payment  
2.1. The room rates are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.  
2.2. The room rate is including 10% VAT

2.3 BBy selecting our non-refundable rate the full amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card or need to be paid at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. Non-refundable prices are only valid and bookable up to 14 days prior to arrival.

 

3. Cancellation and/or Modification 
3.1. Up to 7 days prior to the first day of your booking, you can cancel your booking without any charge. The full amount of your reservation will be transferred back to your bank account inside 14 days.
3.2    Between 7 days and the date of the arrival of your booking, You will lose full amount of your reservation and no refund or credit will be issued.
3.3. To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly using the contact information provided in your confirmation email or booking confirmation. 

3.4. No-Shows: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date after your indicated time or after 19:00 without an indicated time , the entire reservation will be canceled, and no refund or credit will be issued.

3.5. Cancellation policies of Online Travel Agencies like Booking.com, Hotelbeds.com, Agoda.com or other which can be used to book a reservation at VALOLA Boutique Rooms may vary with our cancellation policy. Therefore you should always contact the travel agency itself for their cancellation policy. 

3.6 By selecting our non-refundable rate,  the moment the reservation is confirmed and the payment is processed, any cancellation or modification to the booking will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount paid.

4. Check-In and Check-Out 
4.1. Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to accommodate you, but room availability is not guaranteed.  
4.2. Check-out time is before 11:00. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities 
5.1. You are responsible for the behavior and actions of all individuals included in your reservation.  
5.2. You must comply with all hotel policies, including but not limited to noise restrictions, non-smoking policy, and health and safety regulations.  
5.3. Any damage caused to the hotel property or its contents during your stay will be your responsibility, and you may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement. These costs will be automatically taken from the provided credit card which is registered with your booking without any upfront notice.

6. Privacy and Data Protection 
6.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safe
 your data.

7. Limitation of Liability  imitation of Liability  
7.1. Valola Boutique Rooms shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from your stay, except where such loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience is caused by willful misconduct.  

7.2. We recommend that you secure appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or losses.

8. Force Majeure 
8.1. Valola Boutique Rooms shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. 

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.

10. Miscellaneous 
10.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Valola Boutique Rooms and supersede any prior agreements, whether oral or written.  

10.2. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
10.3. We recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or losses.

10.4. In addition to these terms and conditions, you automatically agree to our privacy policy once your reservation is confirmed.
